Private Takeovers at OXYGENIC

OXYGENIC is available for private takeovers of our secret back cave bar, located behind the main bar, this is a dedicated space built for music led nights and shared celebration.

Private takeovers are available for 40 people or more.
The hire fee is £220, which includes:

• Exclusive use of the back cave space
• Your own private bar
• Custom Orgon Systems sound system
• Flexible layout for dancing or gathering
• Set up and support on the night

Your takeover is private in the back cave space, with full access to the front bar throughout the night. Once booked, the space is yours for the evening.

Food, Drinks and Music

This is not a fixed package. It’s a flexible setup.

Food

You’re welcome to bring your own catering. We can also arrange samosa boxes in advance if you’d like something simple and easy.

Drinks

We can:

• Create a custom cocktail for your takeover
• Offer a welcome shooter on arrival

Music

You’re welcome to:

• Talk to us about DJs so the sound fits the space
• Or let us select the tunes for you

We’ll support the setup and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Smaller Celebrations

If you are looking for somewhere to celebrate but your numbers don’t quite reach 40, we may still be able to help.

When available, we can offer a dedicated space in the front bar, or in the cave bar if this is free. This means you will be sharing the space with the wider pulse of the night.

Yes, we offer hire for art exhibitions, music events and workshops. we are also very open to collaborations, so just get in touch if this is something you would like to explore with us.

We do have a collective of DJs that produce nights for us at OXYGENIC, and we could arrange this for you. There would be an extra charge for this, but this would be direct with you and the DJ.

People usually hire the room from 6PM til just after midnight, we can also talk about earlier and later finishes if this is something you would like to explore.
