EXCLUSIVE VENUE HIRE ON THE COAST AT OXYGENIC
Our event space is well known for throwing some of the best private parties on the coast. With a private bar, sound system, space for dancing, front cocktail and wine bar and outdoor terrace, we have space for private events for up to 120 people.
The hire fee is £220, which includes:
• Exclusive use of the entire event space
• Your own private bar
• Custom sound system for DJs + live music
• Flexible layout for dancing or gathering
• Set up and support on the night
Your takeover is private in the back event space, with full access to the front bar and terrace throughout the night. Once booked, the space is yours for the evening.
We can also:
• Create a custom cocktail for your takeover
• Offer a welcome shooter on arrival
And you can:
• Talk to us about DJs so the sound fits the space
• Or let us select the tunes for you
We’ll support the setup and make sure everything runs smoothly.

SMALLER NUMBERS THAN 40 GUESTS?
if you are still wanting to use our venue but your numbers don’t quite hit 40 guests or more, when available, we can offer a dedicated space in the front bar, or in the event space if this is free. This means you will be sharing your party with the wider pulse of the venue but still have your own space to gather with friends and guests.
