For those looking for a sip and paint in Whitley Bay, this experience may take you just one step further.

Held on selected Friday and Saturdays in our dedicated art studios just outside of Newcastle, these sessions shift the tempo of our art space upstairs so that people can experience a more creative art experience than a standard sip and paint.

Drinks from the bar are welcome upstairs, so you can paint, talk, pause and continue without leaving the space. Conversation and creation sit comfortably alongside one another.

Unlike a traditional sip and paint there is no template to copy and no pressure to produce something polished. Instead you are shown how to use the materials and taught how to create from within, so what you create, comes directly from you.

You will leave with a piece of art that will have personal meaning to you and a full studio experience of art and creativity.

These creative sessions invite a different kind of rhythm. A little more movement. A little more atmosphere. The same instinctive approach, carried by the energy of the people in the studio.
